About the host, Heidi Geisenhoff

Heidi is the technical Application and Marketing Manager for Biospringer. She has B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Minnesota and Iowa State University. She studied food science abroad at university of Queensland in Australia where she developed a taste for vegemite- her first experience with yeast extract! Heidi began a career in yeast extract as an Applications Scientist as Ohly before coming to Biospringer in 2014.
